Whether you need a complete system, a new boiler, or a new or replacement radiator, we can help.
All new boilers are installed to the Benchmark Code of Practice and to the manufacturer’s specifications; including the use our power flush machine to completely clean the existing pipe-work and radiators of the grime and lime scale built up over the years.
Terms and Conditions
THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE BINDING ON YOU. PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU READ THEM CAREFULLY AND THAT YOU FULLY UNDERSTAND THEM BEFORE ENTERING IN TO THIS AGREEMENT. YOUR CONSENT TO PROCEED WITH THE WORK WILL TAKEN AS ACKNOWLEDGEMENT THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
In these Terms and Conditions "we" means MHM Services (GB) Limited.
- General
- Contract shall be governed by English Law and no other.
- Quotations
- All prices stated include VAT, unless expressly stated otherwise.
- Firm price quotations are valid for a period of 28 calendar days after which time they may be subject to alteration.
- Where quotations are based on details provided by the Customer, such quotations are subject to the accuracy of those measurements and/or information.
- Installation
- We will do all that we reasonably can to meet the date agreed for installation. However, in the case of unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control we may not be able to do so. In such circumstances we will contact you to agree an alternative date. The Customer will also do all that he/she reasonably can to enable the installation to take place on the given date. In the case of unforeseen circumstances beyond the Customer's reasonable control the Customer should contact us to agree an alternative date.
- We will carry out any installation works described in the quote. If additional works not described in the quote are found to be necessary during the course of the installation, these works will be quoted for separately and only carried out with the Customer's permission.
- We will use reasonable endeavours to keep disruption to water, gas and electricity supplies to the minimum reasonably practicable.
- It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that, prior to the installation works starting, all furniture is removed from the area of the installation and any carpet in the installation area is rolled back.
- Removal of any pre-existing unit or old fixtures may cause some damage to surrounding areas. The agreed price does not cover 'making good'. Neither does it cover painting, decorating, fitting skirting board, tiling or cutting and fitting carpet, unless specifically stated in the quote.
- Consents
- The Customer is responsible for obtaining all necessary planning permission and local authority consents and permissions for the work to be carried out. In carrying out any work we will assume that the necessary consents and permissions have been obtained and we accept no responsibility whatsoever in the event that they have not.
- The customer is responsible for arranging parking on the agreed installation date within 50m (150 yards) of the installation site. Failure to do so will result in an abort call-out fee of £50.
- Payment
- Payment for the installation works will be collected from the Customer at the time of completion.
- Where several separate installation works are carried out at the same premises, payment for each individual installation will be collected from the Customer at the time of completion.
- Works not paid for at the time of completion will incur a penalty charge of 10% of the total cost.
- Conditions and Warranties
- Natural products may show some colour variations for which we take no responsibility.
